Anonymous gamblers?
Going with two 6 game parlays tonight. Tell me your picks as compared to mine. NYR over Pitt Over 6 Atl over Toronto Over 6.5 Ana over St.L Under 5 Chi over Columbus Under 5 Edm over Colorado Over 5.5 LAK over Nashville Under 6 Gonna do one 6 as teams and one as Over/under. Anybody see it differently? Zam- Pens also give up 3.43 per game and tend to get into shoot-outs. However, you raise a good point with the NYR Lundqvist and their inability to score. Puckdat- My biggest struggle was not taking the Kings to win but taking it under, my instincts told me to take that one over actually so that one was a hunch call and now that you mention it, I don't like the decision I made.

- Hey, it's not a problem if I'm good at it, dammit!! Oh....you're talking about betting on the hockey games...never mind then...lol
- Looking at your picks, I wouldn't change anything actually.
- Toronto will beat Atlana! Colorado will beat Edmonton! lol I don't really understand this because i have never gambles on NHL games! (too young lol!) and my Dad SOMETIMES gambles but only on football!
- The only possible concern I would have is the over on the Pens/Ranger game. The Rangers have scored 13 goals in 7 games. 1.86 per game. That said, how long can that offense stay stagnate? The Pens have scored 24 in 7. 3.43 per game. But if Lundqvists last start is any implication, he is playing really strong right now. I suck at betting hockey, but everything else seems about right to me. ***Just remembered watching that Leafs/Pens game, you are right about that shootout style. It could be an end to end showcase, neither team has great defensive defensemen IMO. Good luck, I am a bookies dream, so I tend to stay away.
- Bogdoglife agrees with you exactly. I don't bet very often on hockey (except for ....."I will give you 5 bucks, if my team beat your team"), but they have done good for me in our office football pool. http://www.bodoglife.com/sports-betting/nhl-hockey.jsp
- I see Pitt over NYR with the over 6. I also would take nashville over the Kings. Otherwise looks good. PS I usually overthink these and screw up if I am actually betting
- Really you think the Kings will win? Like 7 -6? Only way They can win. I see you are going against the Leafs. I never put money on any game where I have a positive or negative involvement with one of the teams. I think it blurrs my judgement. Knowing you as I do I have to ask if your negative feelings towards the Leafs temper that pick? I fear that one may burn you. Not as a Leafs fan but as a guy who sees that club go up and down like a toilet seat. Leafs also have Atlanta's number of late.
- My concern would be Tor/Atl over 6.5. I know both have had suspect goaltending this year. But Atlanta scares me. How many will they get? I imagine they will get at least one, (who starting in net for the Leafs? Not that it makes that much of a difference this year) but that means Toronto needs 6! That alone would worry me!
- I don't really know how gambling works, but I'm assuming those numbers you write after teams are the total amount of goals scored in a game. If I'm right, than you can go ahead and put the EDM/COL game over 6. There will be a lot of goals scored. Colorado is the best offensive team in the West. They probably won't win, given their inability to produce away from home this year, but they will score a lot. Great offense + bad goaltending = high scoring games.
