How does sports gambling really work?

How does it really work and are guys that are addicted to sports gambling big gamling addicts? If i a want a healthy relationship with my boyfriend, should I ask him to stop gambling in sports?

1. How it works is like any other gambling..you place your money against what the pros consider likely. Odds are taken depending on likelihood. If you love him you should consider seeing a cancellor... if not learn to live with it or move on.
2. It all depends on how much he gambles. He has to live/gamble within his means. If his gambling (and subsequent losses) is affecting his way of life, and he's sometimes unable to pay bills because of his gambling, then he definitely has a problem. You should work with him to stop gambling, if that's the case.
